Check-in Time: 2.00 PM •
Check-out Time: 10.00 AM
• Bedding Linen & Towels:
If Linen is required then it can be supplied
by Eden Oceanview for a fee of $25 per set
(fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases,
towel).
• Damages/Breakages:
Guests at Eden Oceanview must report any breakages or issues/problems
with any appliances which do not function
properly during their stay to the Accommodation
Manager (mobile: 0419 308 260).
Guests will be responsible for the cost
of any damage caused by careless acts resulting
in loss, breakage or damage of furnishings,
equipment or facilities.
• Deposit / Payment:
A deposit of 30% of total tariff is required
to secure your booking, the balance is due
balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit must be paid within 7 days to
secure your booking.

Peak & Mid Season:
Refund of deposits will be paid less 20% if 60 (2 mths) days notice is given.
Refund of deposits will be paid less 50% if 21 days (3 weeks) notice is
given.
NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
IS GIVEN if less than 20 days notice
is given.
Off Peak (Low Season):
Refund of deposits will be paid less 20% if 60 (2 mths) days notice is given.
Refund of deposits will be paid less 50% if 21 days (3 weeks) notice is given.
NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT IS GIVEN is given if less than 13 days. Please note: all tariffs
are non-refundable if your stay is cut short.
